• Fees should be paid in advance before the 5th of each month.

• New students joining the academy after the second week of the month will be charged pro-rated fees for the current month along with the fees for the subsequent month. A registration fee applies to all students at the time of registration.

• No refunds or fee adjustments will be provided for missed sessions without the submission of a valid medical certificate.

• Parents/guardians must ensure that the participant is physically fit and able to participate in sporting activities. The academy will not be held responsible for any injuries resulting from participation.

• By signing the registration form, the parent/legal guardian confirms that the player has no known physical or mental condition that would prevent participation in sports or related fitness activities.

• If a child misses a class due to a weekend match, the class may be compensated during weekdays (Tuesday or Wednesday).

• Academy players are not allowed to participate in matches for other academies, except for ECB and Council tournaments.
